Great article, thanks for sharing! I couldn’t agree more. How much of this relies on designers being able to move beyond just executing tasks and developing the skills needed to be insightful and constructive?
I completely agree that a significant part of this hinges on our ability to shape strategic value ourselves. If we rely on others to define our roles and contributions, we are setting ourselves up for failure.
